Don graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1995. He has worked exclusively in small animal practice predominantly in the Greater
Manchester Area.
In 2005 he moved to Glasgow to take up a position as a Lecturer in Small Animal Surgery where he spent 5 very enjoyable years training veterinary students in the art and science of surgery.
He gained his certificate in Small Animal Surgery in 2000. In 2011 he became a European Specialist in Small Animal Surgery after passing the Diploma examinations.
Don is the founder and lead surgeon at Dogwood Vets, which was founded in 2014. He is interested in all aspects of surgery and is happy to accept soft tissue, orthopaedic and neurosurgical cases.
